Design and optimize utility-scale and commercial solar PV systems. Lead engineering projects from concept through commissioning, including system sizing, equipment selection, structural analysis, and electrical design.
Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems following engineering specifications and safety protocols. Perform electrical wiring, mounting, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
Develop and manage relationships with commercial, industrial, and government clients. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve annual sales targets for solar projects.
Ensure manufacturing quality standards are met across all production lines. Develop and implement QA procedures, conduct root cause analysis, manage non-conformance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain solar monitoring platforms, energy management systems, and customer-facing web/mobile applications. Build APIs for IoT device integration and data analytics dashboards for solar fleet monitoring.
