State-of-the-Art Robotic Production & World-Class Quality Standards
Our solar products are manufactured in a world-class, fully automated facility spanning over 500,000 square feet. By utilizing advanced robotics and AI-powered visual inspection, we ensure complete uniformity and structural integrity for every component.
From cutting-edge TOPCon solar modules to custom galvanized steel poles and marine-grade navigation beacon lights, our manufacturing lines adhere to the strictest global regulatory frameworks.
Every step in our production line is fully controlled and logged to trace the lifetime performance of our solar units.
We source only premium-grade polysilicon from certified suppliers. Each batch undergoes spectrographic analysis to verify purity levels exceeding 99.9999%. Our rigorous incoming inspection ensures only the finest raw materials enter our production process.
High-purity polysilicon is sliced into ultra-thin wafers using diamond wire saws. These wafers undergo texturing, diffusion, and anti-reflective coating processes to create high-efficiency photovoltaic cells with conversion rates exceeding 22%.
Every solar cell is individually tested under simulated sunlight (STC conditions) and sorted by efficiency, color, and electrical characteristics. Only cells meeting our stringent quality criteria proceed to module assembly.
Sorted cells are interconnected using high-quality tabbing ribbon and arranged in precise configurations. Automated stringing machines ensure consistent solder joints and optimal cell spacing for maximum energy output.
Assembled cell strings are encapsulated between layers of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) and tempered glass using our state-of-the-art vacuum lamination process. This creates a hermetically sealed module that protects cells from moisture, UV degradation, and mechanical stress.
Laminated modules are fitted with heavy-duty anodized aluminum frames and weatherproof junction boxes with bypass diodes. Precision framing machines ensure perfect alignment and structural integrity.
Each completed module undergoes comprehensive quality inspection including visual examination, EL (electroluminescence) imaging, flash testing, insulation resistance testing, and wet leakage current testing. Only modules passing all checks are approved.
Approved modules are carefully packaged in weather-resistant cartons with foam protection for safe transportation. Each module receives a unique serial number, performance label, and detailed specification sheet.
Packaged modules are stored in climate-controlled warehouses and dispatched via our logistics network. Real-time tracking ensures timely delivery to installation sites across the globe.
Our materials undergo extreme tests to ensure long-term physical and electrical durability in hostile outdoor environments.
Panels are cycled between -40°C and +85°C over 200 times to verify resistance against extreme temperature fluctuations without cell micro-cracking.
Tested to withstand front snow loads up to 5400 Pa and rear wind loads up to 2400 Pa, ensuring safety under extreme snowfall and severe windstorms.
Anti-PID (Potential Induced Degradation) cell technology and encapsulation guarantee zero power leakage under high voltage and humidity.
We support customized manufacturing specification designs for commercial and public sector tenders.
